What Donald Trump said in ‘despicable’ posts after JFK’s granddaughter’s death

Donald Trump earlier this week took aim at the Kennedy family with a string of social media posts published just hours after the passing of Tatiana Schlossberg was confirmed.

Schlossberg, the daughter of Caroline Kennedy and granddaughter of the late President John F Kennedy, lost her battle with acute myeloid leukaemia on December 30, 2024.

Her family announced the news on social media, leading to an outpouring of love and support. “Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts,” read the , signed by “George, Edwin and Josephine Moran, Ed, Caroline, Jack, Rose and Rory.”

While the rest of the world might have been inclined to offer the Kennedy family nothing but support, President  favored a different approach, penning several disparaging posts about them on Truth Social.

Trump’s feud with the Kennedys has spanned several weeks, peaking when the president moved to rename the Kennedy Center the Trump-Kennedy Center.

The center was originally given its name as a memorial to following his assassination in Dallas, Texas, in 1963.
