Is it the final result? Countless times. I remember 1,000 nests, fasts, or eating nothing but carrots all day. In the end, I was harming myself with these pseudo-diets. Today I know I was ruining my health and body in this way. I also learned to be a personal trainer, but after those workouts, my comfort level was terrible: the inability to use my skills. I really tried, but I stubbornly repeated – always – that I was having this terrible yo-yo effect. What if it were just about regaining the weight… But no! I gained so much more!
