He recalled that when he first launched his campaign to represent Kentucky’s Sixth Congressional District, Dale was among the first to step forward and offer her help. Over the next fifteen years, she occupied nearly every major role in his office, gaining institutional knowledge and earning trust at every step. Her responsibilities evolved from scheduler and field representative to deputy district director, district director, deputy chief of staff, and ultimately campaign manager for his Senate run. Barr emphasized that her progression was not merely a matter of longevity, but a testament to her competence, dedication, and leadership.
