The White House stated that President Trump has been wearing a medical bandage due to excessive handshaking

According to a medical note released in July by White House physician Sean Barbabella, President Trump showed no signs of heart failure, kidney failure, or any systemic illness. Dr. Barbabella emphasized that, overall, President Trump’s health was in excellent condition.

As the oldest president ever elected in U.S. history, Trump has repeatedly affirmed that his health remains stable, while criticizing media outlets that have expressed skepticism about his physical condition.

“Apart from routine and rather boring medical checkups, I have passed three cognitive tests with perfect scores, under the supervision of multiple doctors and specialists,” Trump wrote on the social media platform Truth Social on December 9.
