The White House stated that President Trump has been wearing a medical bandage due to excessive handshaking

The White House explained that the bandage seen on the back of President Donald Trump’s hand was the result of frequent handshakes, dismissing any negative speculation about the U.S. leader’s health.

According to CNA, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt addressed the issue on December 11 after recent images showed President Trump wearing a medical bandage on the back of his hand.
