Hold Your Breath and Tilt Your Head: After your third deep inhale, pinch your nostrils closed with your thumb and index finger. Tilt your head slightly backward while holding your breath.

Gentle Nodding: While holding your breath and with your head tilted, begin to nod up and down gently. This helps to shift the pressure within your nasal passages and dislodge any mucus or congestion.
