In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. This combination infuses every potato slice with deep flavor and creates that signature golden sheen.

The olive oil adds crispiness while butter gives richness—this butter-oil balance is key to the perfect baked texture.

Step 4: Coat and Layer
