1. Drinking strong coffee or smoking immediately after waking up
Strong coffee with a high caffeine content makes the heart beat faster, raises blood pressure, and “concentrates” the blood.
Cigarettes contain nicotine, which constricts blood vessels, suddenly increases blood pressure, and can easily lead to strokes.
👉 People with high cholesterol and high blood pressure should only drink weak coffee with low caffeine content (if they drink coffee at all) and absolutely avoid smoking.
2. Eat fried, fatty foods for breakfast.

Fried bread, fried sticky rice, high-fat beef noodles… cause blood lipid levels to rise immediately after eating.
Saturated fatty acids and trans fats increase LDL cholesterol (bad fat) and thus cause arteriosclerosis.
